Refund policy

Return/Exchange
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping label. For exchanges, customers will cover the shipping label when you ship it back to us, we will cover the shipping for the outgoing exchange.

Incorrect address
If an order cannot be delivered due to inaccurate information, it will be returned to us at the courier service's discretion. Once your order is returned, we will get in touch with you. Please note that customers are responsible for covering any extra shipping costs associated with resending the order.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Lost/stolen packages
Once the package is in the possession of the shipping provider, our control over it ends. We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. However, if you submit a claim with the shipping provider, please send us an email, and we will do our best to assist you.
